Hero Balance Changes

Adjusted/Reworked

Astrid, The Indomitable (Revamped)

  • Skill 1: Spin Slash

    • New effect: Hitting an enemy with embers grants a speed-up effect that gradually increases from 20% to 60%.
    • Armor Pierce: 5% + 1%/lv → 30 + 6/lv points
  • Skill 2: Fearless Charge (Redesigned)

    • Astrid dashes in the indicated direction, gaining a stack of ember rings for 5 seconds. Can gain up to 2 stacks of embers. When Astrid has embers, her next normal attack is enhanced. When the target has embers, they are slowed.
    • Tier 1 Ember Ring: The next normal attack charges to the target and transfers the ring to them, dealing additional physical damage. Astrid can recollect the ring and deal damage again when leaving the highlighted area of the ring. The ring can only be transferred to heroes and jungle creeps.
    • Tier 2 Ember Rings: The next normal attack, after a short charge, becomes a slash that dashes forward, knocking back the target, dealing additional physical damage, and restoring HP. If it hits a hero, it restores lost HP.
  • Ultimate: Dire Blow

    • Charge time: 1.5 seconds → 1 second
    • Effect adjusted: Iron body effect now lasts until the ultimate skill lands.
    • Life Steal when dealing true damage to heroes: 100% → 50%

Buffed

Violet, The Pistol Assassin

  • Passive: Reload

    • New effect: Normal attacks that hit non-hero units also reduce the cooldown time of skill 1 by 0.5 seconds.
  • Skill 1: Tactical Fire

    • Enters Cooldown after using an enhanced normal attack → Enters Cooldown immediately after using the skill
    • Cooldown: 4 seconds → 5 (-0.2/Lv.) seconds
  • Skill 2: Fire in the Hole

    • Base Damage: 275 + 25/Lv + 1.0AD → 250 + 50/Lv + 1.0AD
    • New effect: Targets are marked, reducing their physical defense by 10% for 5 seconds. Normal attacks deal an additional 100+20/lv+0.2AD physical damage to marked targets. The damage is doubled against creeps.

Dolia, Song of the Merfolk

  • Skill 2: Dive
    • Cooldown: 11 (-0.4/Lv) seconds → 10 (-0.4/Lv) seconds
    • Base Restore: 350 + 70/lv + 0.75MP → 400 + 80/lv + 0.85MP

Mina, The Reaper Queen

  • Skill 1: Whirling Scythe
    • Base Damage: 125 + 40/Lv + 0.5AD + 8% max HP → 175 + 35/Lv + 0.6AD + 9% max HP

Arum, The Conjurer

  • Base Movement Speed: 350 → 360
  • HP Regen/5 sec: 63 + 3.83/Lv → 80 + 7.98/Lv

Ryoma, The Ronin

  • Skill 1: Pinwheel

    • Base Damage: 200+40/Lv+1.0AD → 200+40/Lv+1.2AD
  • Skill 2: Wailing Blade

    • Base Damage: 375+50/Lv+1.5AD → 330+66/Lv+1.7AD
  • Ultimate: Spectral Ire

    • Base Restore: 80 + 40/lv + 0.4AD → 80 + 40/lv + 0.7AD

Arthur, The Chosen

  • Skill 1: Righteous Fervor
    • Increases the normal attack range from 500 to 600.

Nerfed

Moren, The Technowiz

  • Base Movement Speed: 370 → 360

  • Skill 1: Overload

    • Base Damage: 225 + 45/Lv + 0.7 bonus AD → 200 + 40/Lv + 0.6 bonus AD
  • Ultimate: Cannonball Combo

    • Base Damage: 500 + 250/Lv + 1.3 bonus AD → 450 + 225/Lv + 1.2 bonus AD

Toro, The Bull King

  • Passive: Tough Hide
    • Out-of-battle HP regen: 2% Max HP → 1.4% Max HP

System & Gameplay Changes

Battlefield Adjustments

Season-exclusive gameplay: Water Blessing (Returning)

The Restore skill will become the Blessing skill. If you have an enhanced Restore Rune, it will become the Enhanced Blessing skill.

Blessing:

  • After use, you are continuously healed (gaining a buff), and water blessing is splashed on the ally hero with the lowest HP within 6m, granting them a buff. If there are enemy heroes within 6m of that ally hero, the nearest enemy hero is splashed, suffering a debuff.
  • Buff effect: Restores 106 HP and 35 Mana to friendly heroes every second over 5 seconds. The restoration effect will be interrupted if the hero takes damage from units other than creeps or jungle creeps.
  • Debuff effect: Deals 53 magic damage to enemy heroes every second for 5 seconds.

Enhanced Blessing:

  • Immediately restores your HP after use (gain buff). Water Blessing is cast upon the lowest-HP ally hero within 6m, giving them a buff. If there are enemy heroes within 6m of an ally hero, the enemy hero closest to the ally hero will be splashed and afflicted with a debuff.
  • Buff effect: Restores 660 HP and 210 Mana to friendly heroes instantly.
  • Debuff effect: Deals 53 magic damage to enemy heroes every second for 5 seconds.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue where the enhanced basic attack damage of Arthur's Skill 1 could be lost.
  2. Fixed an issue where Elsu, Brunhilda, and Wisp's default skins would look abnormal in-game.
